Cook Islands Holiday Villas are owned by Shona, Paul and Manine Lynch.

We first started our business with humble beginnings in 1999 with our first 1-bedroom Villa.
Over recent years, the family accommodation business in Rarotonga has expanded to 9 villas with over 65 beds.
The villas have been built on family land and are owner-operated with a tight-knit team of support staff. Our villas are designed for comfort and cater to all your needs while on holiday. Located in prime areas with access to some stunning beaches, delicious dine-in restaurants and cafes whilst conveniently located near all activities and tours provided here in the Cook Islands.
We strive to create a home away from home while you holiday in the beautiful Cook Islands with family and friends.

 

 

MEET OUR STAFF
Our team of 5 staff includes our Manager Sabine who will do an orientation on arrival and assist with info and tour/restaurant bookings. You will also correspond with her via email prior to your arrival. Our housekeeping team of 3 are Emily, Anna & Twinkle while Elmer looks after all of our grounds and maintenance requirements.
