Kia Orana,

Cook Islands Holiday Villas is proudly owned and operated by Shona, Paul, and Manine Lynch.
What began in 1999 with a single one-bedroom villa has grown into a collection of 8 villas in Rarotonga and 1 villa in Aitutaki.
Built on our family land and supported by a close-knit team, each villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Our properties are located in some of the island’s most sought-after spots, with easy access to stunning beaches, great cafés and restaurants, and all the activities and tours the Cook Islands has to offer. We’re passionate about creating a true “home away from home” for you, your family, and your friends as you experience the beauty and warmth of the Cook Islands.

 

 

MEET OUR STAFF
Our team of 11 is here to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. You’ll first connect with Manine, our General Manager, and Tracey, our Property Manager, who handle your bookings and are happy to help with tour or restaurant reservations before and during your stay. Behind the scenes, our housekeeping team – Emily, Panya, Jannice, Anna, and Meme – keep the villas fresh and welcoming, while our maintenance crew – Elmer, Joji, Ahlen, and Nelson – ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, we work hard to ensure your villa is ready for a memorable Cook Islands holiday.
