The first showcase concert will be held this Friday May 31, under the domes at the National Auditorium with the support of the Ministry of Cultural Development, and is a family event. This will be Raro’s very first Opera in the Park style event with the singers performing a 2 and a half hour concert that will be filled with opera songs as well as Disney classics and Pacific Island songs. The family concert will be an evening to enjoy while sitting on a rug with your anau, along with some great food from local vendors or bring your own and celebrate young Cook Island and Pacific singers. Entry is $15 for adults and $7 for children under 12 years.

This will be followed up on Sunday June 2, with an evening concert to be held at the Coastal Kitchen. This exclusive event for 250 people will be the opportunity to dress up and enjoy some bubbles thanks to CITC Liquor’s ongoing support and canapés on arrival with each table receiving antipasto platters during the course of the concert with a programme that allows the audience an intimate up close recital that will be a unique and inspiring evening.
