Muri Lagoon Villa is a two-bedroom villa located directly at the famous Muri beach, on the eastern side of the main island of Rarotonga.
The Rarotonga Accommodation villa is designed for couples or small families and sleeps up to four people only in a comfortable King Size bed, which can be split into single beds on request. Guests are welcomed upon arrival with fresh local flowers and cool drinks. Enjoy (Infuse) your vitamin Sun on a private covered deck that offers sun loungers for relaxing or directly on the beach, only a few steps away and perfect for a Cook Islands Holiday.
With our complementary Kayaks and a stand-up paddle board, we recommend that guests bring their own snorkelling equipment, so you can start exploring the crystal-clear waters right at your doorstep.2

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS: Deposit payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer. (Please note there are Bank Fees incured when paying by Bank Transfer and a 4% Admin fee for Credit Card Payments)
MINIMUM STAY: Cook Islands Holiday Villas have a minimum 3-night stay requirement in all our Holiday Villas located in Rarotonga, Cook Islands
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS POLICY:
To stay by yourself in any of our properties, you must be 21 years and over. Anyone below this age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21 + years.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES:
Our check in time is 2pm and our check out time is 10am.
Please note, Early check in and Late Check out service is subject to availability.
If available, early check-in (from 6am to 2pm) and late check-out (up to 6pm) costs 50% of nightly rate. Infants under 2 need to rent a portacot at $50 per stay.
INTERNATIONAL DATELINE:
Due to crossing the International Dateline, most flights from Australia and New Zealand arrive the day before they depart. Please ensure your accommodation dates meet your arrival and departure requirements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION:
We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate Travel Insurance to protect you against unforeseen advents, including but not limited to cancellation and/ or curtailment of travel due to natural disasters such as cyclones or similar events.
COOK ISLANDS VISITOR REQUIREMENTS:
All visitors must hold valid tickets for their return journey to a port of origin or next port of destination and passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay (From 30 August 2010, New Zealand (NZ) and Australian passport holders may also travel to the Cook Islands without seeking authority from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration provided their passports are valid for at least seven days beyond their intended period of stay in the Cook Islands.)

• 30 - 15 days of arrival 50% Cancellation Fee
• 14, less and No-show, 100% Cancellation Fee
Covid-19 Clause:
If you are unable to travel to Rarotonga due to our borders being closed or illness resulting from Covid-19, all payments will go into a Travel Credit and we will allow you to amend your travel dates free of charge for travel within 18 months of your existing check in date.
Please note, for every cancellation we will charge an admin fee of NZ$50.
